The Firm provides counsel to clients on all issues of the electoral law, in particular on nominating in different elective bodies, elaboration of the necessary documents for nominating in the elective bodies, legal regulations on organizing election campaigns, on the electoral rights of the citizens, as well as on the issues of protecting the right to elect and to be elected. The Firm organizes and carries out the election campaigns of its clients, represents the client’s rights in the election committees, corresponding state bodies and court instances.
