Phillip Jessup International Moot Court Competition

The Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition was founded in spring 1959 by a group of international law students and is being held in about 80 countries of the world by the International Law Students Association (ILSA). The International Law Students Association is a not for profit organization, which is located in Washington. The competition is named after Philip Jessup – a judge of the International Court and has risen to the preeminent position of being one of the largest and most prestigious international law moot court competitions in the world. Over 1600 students from 300 institutes all over the world take part in the competition every year. The Armenian National Rounds of "The Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition" have started since 2000. "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm, the Law Foundation of Armenia and the "Armenian Young Lawyers Association" NGO are the co-organizers of the Armenian National Rounds of "The Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition."
